For those looking to work 15 to 25 hours per week, our shifts run from 5pm to 10:30pm on weekdays, and 10am to 3pm or 3pm to 10:30pm on weekends.

(Must have been working at Dagwoods for at least six months, and have mastered everything there is to know about running a Dagwoods shift.)

As a weekend opener, you are responsible for every aspect of operations, from inventory and cash controls, to staff training and motivation. As such, you must have superior leadership qualities, are conscientious, pay attention to detail, and thrive on taking on extra responsibilities. You can run weekend shifts, weekday shifts (depending on your availability), and are willing to run a store for weeks at a time to relieve a manager on vacation.

Weekend openers are rewarded with a daily bonus based on performance to supplement their hourly wage.

(Must have been working at Dagwoods for at least six months or as a manager in another fast food restaurant for at least a year.)

As a store manager, you are responsible for all aspects of operations, including staff scheduling, training and motivation, inventory ordering and controls, cash controls, and catering orders. As such, you have superior leadership and organizational skills, pay attention to detail, and are very hands-on. Service, store cleanliness, and product quality are of utmost importance to you. In addition to your shifts, you will attend monthly managers' meetings to receive feedback and exchange ideas with other Dagwoods store managers.

On top of your salary, you will receive a monthly bonus based on performance, as well as a health and dental benefits package.

(Must have been working at Dagwoods for at least three years as a store manager, and must have constantly ranked at the top of the group.)

As a DOM, you are responsible for all aspects of store operations for 4 to 6 Dagwoods locations, including managing and staff scheduling, training, motivation and evaluations, inventory and cash controls, as well as daily inventory reports. You are dedicated to maintaining Dagwoods' standards throughout our chain of restaurants, and are available to work irregular and long hours. You will wear many hats; delivering a catering order one minute, repairing a light fixture or motivating a staff member to improve his work the next.

On top of your salary, you will receive a monthly bonus based on performance, as well as a health benefits package, and a company vehicle.
